Our tool makers design and produce cutting, punching and drawing dies as well as complex follow-on tools with a length of up to 2800 mm.

Our engineers design tools using customer data provided in a wide variety of formats. As a matter of course we use all our know how concerning optimum and most economical series production when designing and producing tools.

Individual tools and composite tools with a maximum length of 2800 mm and a tool weight of 7 tons can be produced entirely in our plant.

Our tool making department is among others equipped with six modern CNC milling machines and three wire and vertical eroding machines. A test press can be used for testing purposes.
