We have played an active role in toolmaking for over four decades. Thus we master the complete development and construction of tools in the area of stamping, forming and fine blanking techniques. And this expertise benefits our customers directly – through efficient detailed solutions, greater efficiency and optimum added value.

High-performance toolmaking

We construct and manufacture blanking tools, stamping tools, forming tools as well as complex follow-on composite tools, transfer tools and fine blanking tools. Based on customer data, we construct products in the most diverse of formats - our aim however always remains the same: cost-effective and top quality serial production.

Production sizes

At our premises, we manufacture single tools and follow-on composite
tools up to 3.500 mm in length and with a tool weight of 8 t.

Machinery

Our toolmaking equipment includes seven modern CNC milling machines and three wire machines / sinking EDM machines. We have our own in-house press for tool testing.
