Always in focus: Cost-efficient production.

In doing so, consistent further development has always been one of the characterising factors at Klimmer. And this pays off for our customers. For instance, the further development of forging or casting parts to stamping and forming parts generates a significant economic advantage for our customers: The laborious reworking of machined parts is no longer necessary. The result is a drop in production costs of up to 50%. Our prototypes that are consistently oriented towards a cost-efficient volume production also contribute towards a reduction in costs.

Field-tested: Our know-how for your objectives.

Stamping & forming in place of casting & forging. We have already implemented this principle in the most diverse of sectors and with numerous products. These include axle parts, flanges, housings, fan wheels, suspensions as well as wheel housings and basket holders in various shapes and sizes.

We determine the geometry via close-to-production prototypes and component construction of parts suitable for production. We also optimise the production of existing volume production parts for you.

Drawings, requirement specifications or data records from the customer form the basis for the development of prototype and volume production tools. We accept CAD files in all customary formats and work internally with Auto-CAD, CATIA and Siemens NX.
